Seal-ing the Deal in Edmonton, Alberta
While visiting West Edmonton Mall in Edmonton, Alberta, Canda for Images Edmonton, I was excited about shooting the marine life at Sea Lion’s Rock. It was too crowded to get a good shot during the show, so I waited around until the “meet and greet” session afterward where visitors get up-close and personal with the animals. Just as Nathan Noble’s mother was about to snap his photo, a sea lion reached over to greet Nathan, 4, and I quickly snapped a photo of the moment. West Edmonton Mall is one of Canada’s top tourist destinations and is also the largest shopping mall in North America with many attractions including a water park, ice rink, marine life shows, and a full size replica of a pirate ship.
