Job Title: Graphic Designer

Graphic Designer, Agribusiness Division

Department: Creative

Status: Full-time/Regular/Non-Exempt


  • Magazine layout design and production
  • Maintain clean and efficient templates
  • Work closely with Content and Photography teams to plan the visual direction of the magazines, create shot lists, and secure available and appropriate imagery, calling and emailing sources
  • Edit staff and freelance photography post-shoot and provide feedback to Photographer, Editor and Creative Director
  • Coordinate editorial changes with content team; make layout adjustments with great attention to detail
  • Support client relationships by ensuring execution of client needs and objectives
  • Create press-ready files for magazine printing, according to vendor specifications
  • Complete tasks as assigned by Editor or Creative Director
  • Create and adjust marketing materials
  • Miscellaneous design projects


  • BFA or higher in graphic design
  • 2-3 Years experience in Publication Design
  • Problem solving and decision-making skills
  • Process-oriented
  • Strong conceptual thinking
  • Ability to meet tough deadlines and juggle multiple projects
  • Excellent communication, planning and time-management skills
  • Advanced knowledge of InDesign, Photoshop and Illustrator
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Experience with Illustration/Infographics a plus.
